This is an ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP and YOU will be charged on an annual basis. The rate that you paid when you signed up is your rate for as long as you're a member. If you signed up on January 1st your bill date will be January 1st of year year. If you need a different bill date, please contact us.

You can cancel anytime. When canceling your membership you will have access through the end of your pre-paid year, pro-rata refunds will NOT be given for any reason. If you decide to rejoin the program you will be subject to the current program rate and fees.
