Welcome To Your Accountability Group

Step By Step On How To Access Your Group & Meet Your New Biz Pals!

Step #1:

Log onto your course dashboard and then confirm in the Facebook Group that you are in and you can see your courses (you will not see Made To Monetize just yet).

Once your accountability group has confirmed log in I will then add Made To Monetize to your dashboard. 

Reason for this step? Some of our members have multiple email addresses and log ins and that can complicate things.  I just want to make sure all your courses and MTM is in the right place.

Password issues? DO NOT CLICK "FORGOT PASSWORD", just send me a private message and I will give you a temp password.

Step #2:

We will be using Kajabi Communities for our group.  This is an amazing tool to help us help you better and this will also be home to your accountability group.  You will be able to access this group from your dashboard (Made To Monetize Community), Direct URL (I will post on the Facebook Group once onboarded), or VIA an app.

App Directions:  Please download the "KAJABI COMMUNITIES" app.  This is different than the Kajabi course app.  You will use your login from step #1. 

Step #3

Name your accountability group (you can use the Facebook Group for this if you want while we wait for everyone to get logged in, etc.)!!!  This task shows me how well you can work together to all decide on a name.  You were placed in a group that I felt fit your goals, who you are, your creative vision and there is something to be said about being in a room of "like-minds".  Please be open minded about your group.

IMPORTANT:  Your group will start off with 9-12 members, however each group will have 16-20 members tops.  After hosting 5 focus groups in 2025 I feel that 16-20 is the sweet spot from ideas to accountability and also scheduling.

Step #4

Once everyone is inside the community please start a post and get to know each other.  What happens in your ACCOUNTABILITY groups is only seen by YOUR GROUP (as well as LeaAnne & I), it's your private corner of the community'

Also an accountability group is not meant to abandon the rest of your creative family inside MTM, it's designed to keep you moving through your "one thing" at a time.

    Your group is designed to give you support, focus, and momentum with a circle of creative minds who are chasing similar goals.

    Here’s how to make your experience inside your accountability pod as powerful as possible:


    💬 1. Show Up Consistently

    • Commit to attending group check-ins or posting your updates weekly. (Unlike weight watchers, there is no reason to avoid the scale...I mean group)!!!  

    • Even if you’re behind or stuck show up anyway! Sometimes your “off” weeks inspire the best breakthroughs and inspire others that its "OK".

    • Remember: progress over perfection.


    🤝 2. Be an Active Participant

    • Share your goals, wins, and challenges honestly.

    • Ask questions and offer feedback or encouragement to others, accountability is a two-way street.

    • The more you give, the more you’ll get out of it!


    🎯 3. Set Clear, Measurable Goals

    • Keep it simple: focus on one major goal at a time.

    • Use this format:
      This week, I will [specific action] so I can [desired outcome].
      (Example: This week, I’ll batch 3 reels so I can stay consistent on Instagram.)

    • Celebrate the small wins as they're the stepping stones to build the big ones.


    🧭 4. Respect Time and Boundaries

    • Be mindful of meeting times, and keep discussions focused on the week’s goals.

    • If you have something off-topic or need extra help, connect privately or bring it to the community board.

    • Keep the space positive and on task.  Moving forward not backwards. 


    💡 5. Share Resources and Inspiration

    • Found a helpful tool, idea, app, book or podcast? Share it!

    • Your creativity might be the spark someone else needs to get unstuck.

    • Think collaboration this journey is NEVER competition.


    💬 6. Keep It Real (But Kind)

    • Honest feedback helps everyone grow, but deliver it with kindness.

    • If you’re struggling, say so. Vulnerability builds trust.

    • Celebrate others’ success as if it’s your own, because it kind of is!


    🔁 7. Review & Reflect

    • Each month, look back and ask:

      • What did I accomplish?

      • What held me back?

      • What’s next for me?

    • Share with your group for fresh perspective and accountability.


    ✨ 8. Remember the Goal

    This isn’t just about finishing a checklist, it’s about building confidence, consistency, and connection. You are surrounded by creative minds who get it. Lean in, show up, and let’s move the needle together.
