• You will be charged a daily gratuity fee of $16.00 per person.  This will be added to your state room bill and is the industry norm for cruises. 
• While there are plenty of things to do and see in Coco Caye and Cozumel for free, there are also amazing excursions that can range from $45-150 per person depending on what you want to do.  We will NOT be doing group activities during "port" days, so feel free to collaborate with your friends!
• Food is included, however drinks outside of regular coffee, tea, water, are not!  Typically you can purchase a drink package in the Royal Caribbean App ahead of time and usually at a discount. 
• This ship has speciality dining restaurants that you can opt in for. They range in price of $35-80 per person and reservations are required.  However, there is no shortage of included food options to help you gain 10lbs in 5 days!

Orlando International is the best airport to fly in and out of.

I would suggest coming in the day before the cruise (Sunday the 11th) in case of travel delays, and fly out on the 17th in the late afternoon or evening.  The cruise usually disembarks by 10am, and it is about 45 minutes to Orlando International.

There are SEVERAL hotels near the port that offer free or low cost transportation to the port. Just use hotels.com and search "port canaveral".

There are also several shuttle services that can accommodate transportation from Orlando to the Port (and back).

During "At Sea" days we will be meeting at various times in the Library as a group.  I would love if you all joined me in the morning for a walk around the track, some yoga by the pool, and let's have a late night snack at the pizzeria!  There will be no shortage of biz chats and collaborations!

I know it's hard to plan a year ahead, but in the cruise industry this is the norm and February is prime time for northerners to escape the cold!  If you can't book now, you can hedge your bets and hope that the ship is not sold out later in the year and book directly with our travel agent or with Royal Caribbean.
